Details:
The Arenaria is one of the medicinal plants most used in herbal medicine to help remove kidney stones , its use is as widespread as the plant Stonebreaker.
It is usually mixed with more plants to improve their efficiency, with diuretic and avoid possible infection plants, common are:  bearberry , black currant , Horsetail ,  Birch and Goldenrod.
In this case we will use the whole plant to make preparations.
Its main components are flavonoids, aromatic resin, anthocyanidins, abundant mineral salts, saponins and cumarias.
 
MEDICINAL USES
It has an important diuretic action , great action in the dissolution of renal calculi and prevention of these same ones . It is also effective in the elimination of uric acid and as a depurative in cases of rheumatism.

Dysuria (difficulty urinating, may be accompanied by pain)

DOSE
- Infusion: 1 or 2 tablespoons of plant per cup, 3 times a day.
- Decoction: 150 gr. Per liter, we will let it boil for a minute.
- Fluid extract: 20 drops, 3 times a day.
